Dr. iur. Peter M. Mombaur is Of Counsel in the Brussels Office of law firm Beiten Burkhardt Rechtsanwalts GmbH, with its offices throughout the world (www.bblaw.de). With the experiences and knowledge he has gained during his long term as a Member of the European Parliament and in the EU Convention on Fundamental Rights, his lengthy term as Deputy Member of the North Rhine-Westphalia Land Constitutional Court, his position as an associate lecturer on the Practice of European Law at the University of Cologne since 2004 and his role as President of SME Energy
